Evidence request template
Paste the left column into your next email to a supplier. Every claim phrase gets a question that makes it testable. Where Kora has published nothing, the row says so.

How to use it
- Copy only the rows that matter to your product.
- Send the questions before the sample, so the sample can be read against the answers.
- File the replies with the lot number. A claim without a lot is hard to test later.
What a good reply looks like
A good reply gives a number, a unit, a method and a date, and says which sample it came from. A reply that repeats the phrase in other words is not evidence yet.
Questions buyers ask
How do I ask a sheet supplier for evidence behind water resistant?
Ask for the mass gain after a stated soak time and the size change after drying. The template turns the phrase into exactly this request. For Kora's sheet the matching row notes that nothing is published.
What does a good reply to an evidence request look like?
A good reply gives a number, a unit, a method and a date, and says which sample it came from. A reply that repeats the datasheet phrase in other words is not evidence yet, so ask again.
Does the evidence request template apply to Kora's sheet or only to other suppliers?
It applies to any supplier, Kora included. For Kora each row is marked: nothing published for strength, flexibility, water resistance and tests, composition not published, stage not stated. Send the rows that matter before the sample so you can read it against the answers.
